Prof. Bakah is an Associate Professor of Curriculum Design and Educational Administration at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, a UNESCO Category II Centre of Excellence for West Africa housed at the University of Cape Coast (UCC), Ghana. She is the Head of Professional Development Programmes at IEPA and has engaged in and led many research projects.
