Hon. Dr. Bernice Adiku Heloo is a Ghanaian politician and expert in governance and political economy. She was the former Member of Parliament for Hohoe Constituency and served as deputy Minister of Environment, Science and Technology and Innovation. Dr. Heloo was a past president of the Society for Women and AIDS in Africa and founder of Prolink, an NGO in Ghana, working to empower and advocate with disadvantaged people (especially women and girls) to uphold their human rights and improve their health, education, and socioeconomic status. She also served as a Board Member of COCOBOD and Lands Commission.
