Confidence is a minister of the gospel, an academic, and passionate about religion and development. He held positions in many organizations, including teaching and pastoral responsibilities, both local and international. Confidence is a Georges Lombard Scholar of the World Communion of Reformed Churches and a Canon Theologian of the Anglican Communion. The West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust England honored him with the Intensive Care COVID-19 Thank Badge in 2020 for the exceptional pastoral and spiritual care he provided to patients, staff, and family members during COVID-19 lockdown.
